My master plan for the 2010 Bead Journal Project was to match each month's needleweaving to the seasons here in Santa Fe.April was a bit of an odd month. Winter one moment with grey skies & snow falling then the sun shining & birds singing 15 minutes later. But, in spite of the fact that winter doesn't really seem to want to let go this year, the trees are budding, the flowers are starting to bloom & the birds are building their nests.

Very nice, Bonnie! I think your colors and the movement of the fringe captures Apri in Santa Fe very beautifully!
