It's springtime!

I posted my April piece to my blog here if you care to take a look.  It is definitely a departure from what I normally do, and coming off of last month's very emotional and kinda dark theme, I wanted to lighten up the mood.  I hope I succeeded!  Thank you for taking the time.  Happy Spring to you!

March done - A Round Peg In a Square Hole

Hi all - finished my March piece. Check it out. I beaded the ruffle around the design in the fabric, which I hardly ever do, but this one was so pretty. Also, the middle fringe is what I originally had in mind, but the 1st one I did had a mistake and I liked it so much I decided to keep them this way. As my friend CA says: Oops Perfect! I'm in Florida now and leave in two days so I guess I won't start April until I get home. Already have my enamel ready for it. Hope you are all enjoying making your pieces as much as I do.

March project is finished

I never knew how beautiful the ocean was in winter until we moved to New England about 25 years ago. Now it's one of my favorite sites.  My March piece is a bracelet like the others, but this one celebrates the flotsam and jetsom of a New England coastline.

January is done!

A behinder's February page

Just a little late, right? Not too bad. I keep waiting for life to slow down a little but I'm thinking that's not going to happen. In any case, I finished my February page, which you can see on my blog. It's a simple page, but close to my heart.

I'm just totally blown away by everybody's work. What a great group to be part of.

I started my February BJP on February 1 and finished it February 28. I'm somewhat amused that I again found the beads telling me what I was journaling about. Come on over to Crackpot Beader to see my page.

Making some progress....

But no where near what I would like to have done. I have had lots going on lately and cant seem to find the time to work on my project nearly as much as I would like. The Beginning of March
