November's done

I feel like I'm mostly catching up on my BJP - I am glad that I decided to work small so that each month didn't feel like a chore. More can be seen on my blog.

Catching Up

I managed to complete August, September and October's projects this month, so I feel like I'm on a bit of a roll. I'm enjoying being back in the "cool" coloured part of the colour wheel - I tend to work most with those colours, and they're definitley my favorites.

April's finished!

I'm finished with April, and the full post can be found here. I didn't think I'd get quite so into "journalling" what is (or was) going on in my life, but I'm enjoying thinking about how to reflect the going's on in my life in a small (1 3/4") circle of beads.

March Finished

I'm so pleased to see everyone's progress this far into the year, even if it does mean the year's a quarter over. Thanks to everyone for providing such great eye candy (and inspiration). My March piece can be seen here.

February Finish

I wanted to get a little head-start on this month, because I know it's going to be a busy one. I managed to finish my February piece today, so thought I would share.

I've enjoyed seeing everyone else's work, and am always inspired by the textures and patterns that we all create. It's amazing how many things you can do with a little piece of glass with a hole through it! I used the parallel application of bugle beads that I'd seen while surfing blogs this month on my piece. It turned out to be the perfect start for a piece of work that I'm very happy with.

January Finish

I've completed my January piece, which can be found here. I learned a lot from completing this piece, and had to make a couple of false starts before ending up with the finished work.
