If I Knew What This Is About, I Would Have Posted It Last Week

I finished my June BJP on time, but it's taken me a while to decide what it's about. Come on over to my blog Crackpot Beader and tell me what you think.

Woo hoo! June is over!

Ok, that sounded a bit more excited about ending the month, than my project, but not really true.

However, I'd love to have you pop over here and check her out:

Making progress amidst a really busy month

Well, as some of you may remember, my goal is to make myself finish one doll a month - no matter what! So far I'm doing well and I'm particularly proud of myself this month. We decided to put our house up for sale and had 2 weeks of chaotic preparation to put it on the market. That, plus some family issues, it was a crazy month. Luckily, right before the chaos set in, I had pieced my doll...and now she's coming along beautifully!

However, this month, I'm doing all the embellishment first and then putting her together and am finding some challenges. First, I'm going to want to do "some" embellishment after (so I can cover seams etc). Second, the head is going to be problematic. I guess I'll have to stuff from there and then hand stitch it when I've turned it inside out (if that makes sense). Anyone else have any more suggestions?
